For Illinois and New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $85,000 - $105,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an ‘at-will position’ and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.

Position Responsibilities
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reviewing and analyzing multiple data sources and summarizing findings in high-quality, fact-based formal reports intended to help the Sales Team prepare for meetings and events
- Conducting in-depth research and updating information on prospects to effectively anticipate the needs of the Sales Team
- Updating and managing client contact and relationship information in the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Maintaining and monitoring data in the CRM to ensure information is up-to-date and accurate
- Processing meeting correspondence needs for pre-meeting and post-meeting action items
- Entering, reviewing, modifying and querying data in the CRM
- Assisting with researching prospects for the Sales Team
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Experience working within a CRM database preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong detail orientation and meticulous accuracy
- Ability to manage changing demands and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture
