What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Law Paralegal position at Gomez Law, APC?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of Family Law matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting research, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, drafting, and filing. This is an On-site position.
Responsibilities
- Legal fact and basic legal research
- Assist with case management
- Organize and electronically file pleadings
- Coordinate and schedule calendars
- Drafting and Filing Case documents and Motions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2 years' as Paralegal in Family Law.
- Paralegal Certificate (not required but preferred)
Compensation is $25-$35/hr based on qualifications.
