Job Description
We are looking for a positive, friendly Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As the first point of contact for our business, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. You will also provide administrative support to other team members as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to inquiries.
  3. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
