As a Family Law Attorney at our firm, you will work closely with clients, administrative staff, and senior partners to achieve successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a diverse caseload, excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to communicate effectively using today's technology.
- Prepare legal documents, such as briefs, motions, and pleadings, as well as correspondence.
- Manage administrative tasks related to client invoicing/billing records and setting up meetings.
- Advise clients on available options and plan a course of action to achieve a successful outcome.
- Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients' needs after analysis.
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Required Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; representation of clients for at least 2 years is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
- Candidates must currently be a member of their local bar association – active member preferred.
- Able to work independently while handling multiple files.
- Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required.
