Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our business, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. You will also provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties.
- Provide administrative support to other team members with data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. when needed.
- Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions.
- Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and handle deliveries.
- Book travel arrangements and prepare itineraries so off-site meetings go smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant experience, or similar preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills.
- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D., or equivalent.
- Has previous experience with word processing programs and basic computer skills.
- Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations.
