Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the solar and energy markets.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Utilize software tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on market trends.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
- Provide good practice of our Core Values
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.
- Maintain your pipeline and follow up with installed clients for referrals and reviews
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar sales or Roofing sales is highly desirable.
- Strong background in outside sales with a focus on technical sales preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $250,166.00 per year
