What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phone Operator position at Gondola Restaurant?
Job is for Evening shifts Tuesday through Saturday, as coverage is needed.
Off EVERY Sunday and Monday.
POS ordering system experience preferred, but not required.
```Duties:```
- Answer incoming phone calls for Carry Out Orders
- Provide information to callers about the food, orders, pick up times, and pricing
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with callers.
Assisting with carry out orders, salad bar maintenance, and rolling silverware. Help with other duties within the servers station as needed.
```Qualifications:```
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear and accurate writing skills to efficiently take orders over the phone.
Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
MUST be able to work FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENINGS as needed.
