We work with consumer facing brands on creating assets to post on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. These pieces of content often get repurposed into ads on Meta.In 6 months we have already worked with 15 clients, accounting for billions in annual revenue across their different e-commerce stores. We produce over 400 assets per month, with a sales pipeline filled with ready-to-go clients that will allow us to grow rapidly.Our next phase of growth requires a talented Creative Director to ensure we produce quality content at scale. This person will possess a strong understanding of social content principles, with an appreciation for direct-response, conversion focused ads.We are highly profitable, this is the first significant role and you have unlimited upside. Equity and bonus in addition to a strong salary ($120,000 / yr) will be provided. My network includes prominent investors, creators and CEO's of multi-billion dollar companies - all of which you will have access to as well.Responsibilities- Review content pipeline for approval (100 videos per week)- Distribute ideas, inspiration and hook concepts- Instate SOP's and best practices across all submitted content from creators- Stay up to date on trending formats, audios, memes- Maintain a strong knowledge of internet culture and vitality- Understand of organic performance criteria (retention, share rate, thumb stop rate)- Help develop creative briefs when onboarding a client to ensure smooth creative processWho is the right candidate : - Background in DTC Organic Social with significant view count (10M views)- Critical thinker; you have unique ideas and will bring innovation to our content strategy.- Ambitious; you are in pursuit of a big win.- Constant learner; you consume media that improves your skillset daily.- Attentive to details; you don't let things fall through the cracks.We could care less about where you went to school.
