GoNetspeed is seeking a talented and motivated Video and Motion Graphic Designer to help shape and maintain our brand’s tone, voice, and visual style. As a vital member of our in-house creative team, you will conceptualize and produce video and motion graphic assets that drive advertising campaigns, educate customers, and support company communications. From filming and editing to creating dynamic motion elements, your work will be integral to the growth of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a creative and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and create long and short-form videos and motion graphics for customer advertising and education. Videos and animation assets to be used throughout various media types including digital display, social media, CTV, television, and web graphics.
Travel to on-location shoots to capture the customer experience, construction processes, installation workflows, and other key aspects of our business.
Use video and motion graphics to help capture attention and drive engagement with the brand.
Primarily will be focused on video and motion design but should be willing to assist with static design (direct mail, billboards, sales flyers, etc.) when necessary.
Collaborate with various internal departments to create and implement tailored marketing assets based on individual requirements.
Be an active participant in brainstorming, collaboration, and teamwork throughout the department.
Evaluate trends and keep up to date with the latest creative techniques.
Ability to work independently and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in video production, graphic design, animation, or a related field.
4 years of experience creating marketing/advertising campaigns in an agency or corporate setting.
Highly skilled at creating integrated content across all marketing channels.
Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
Enthusiasm for taking on new challenges and desire for personal and professional growth.
Ability to develop multiple creative directions at once and receive constructive feedback.
Highly skilled with a variety of design software, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
Strong understanding of video production, motion graphics, and animation.
Portfolio showing examples of video and motion design work required.
