What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Shift Leader position at Gong Cha?
We are looking for both baristas and shift leaders at our West Hartford location! We are a world-leading boba shop, and are looking for motivated employees to join our team. Responsibilities include helping and cashing out customers, preparing drinks, and maintaining the store. We have a wide selection of teas, and you’ll be fully trained to create everything on our menu.
Pay starts at $15/ hour, plus both credit card and cash tips (averages to about $18/hr). Not to mention an employee discount and delicious teas and boba. We offer flexible hours and scheduling. Baristas will be averaging about 20 hours a week.
Customer service/ restaurant experience required. Servsafe certification is required, or must be willing to obtain quickly upon hiring. We are hiring for both baristas and shift leads. Come and join a fun and supportive team!
