Gong Cha Bubble Tea Store is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team. As a team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bubble tea store.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve Gong Cha's signature bubble teas and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate equipment such as tea brewers, blenders, and sealing machines.
- Greet customers, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Assist customers with menu selections, recommendations, and customizations.
- Perform kitchen prep tasks, including preparing ingredients, toppings, and syrups according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment preferred.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the store.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
