We are seeking an outcomes-focused enablement leader for Gong’s Director of Field Enablement role to lead the design and execution of a comprehensive field enablement strategy across the Gong go-to-market team. This is a unique opportunity for an enablement leader to build a best-in-class program as an ideal customer persona for the GTM team showcasing industry leading technology and process.


This role joins the GTM Strategy, Ops, & Enablement team reports to the Vice President of GTM Enablement. This role will partner with the other GTM Ops & Enablement leaders to ensure our GTM teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources needed to exceed their targets.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Go-To-Market enablement managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify enablement needs to build a comprehensive field enablement strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of GTM enablement & training programs, including onboarding, ongoing skill development & core competency training, and advanced sales techniques.
  • Establish and align on KPIs to measure the impact of GTM enablement programs on sales productivity, new hire ramp and retention.
  • Use Gong to drive & measure key initiatives, coaching and improve overall performance of the GTM teams
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on program effectiveness and areas for improvement
  • Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to team members to help drive high performance and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 8 years of experience in GTM enablement, training, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful GTM enablement programs at scale.
  • Strong team management skills, with experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Gon

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $153,000 - $204,300 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
