As a Customer Training Specialist, you'll deliver live training programs to our growing customer base while being energetic and articulate. Priority timezones for this role are NAMER & APAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively translate Gong's customer education curriculum into an interactive, multi-tier live training program.
- Work to design and lead tailored, virtual trainings, and in-person trainings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional organizations to help ensure training workshops meet the needs of our customers.
- Leverage insights from customer training to inform the education curriculum.
- Identify gaps in current education materials and work to address these gaps.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product.
- Travel : Must be willing to travel periodically to deliver customer onsite training.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $106,000 - $125,000 USD.
Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits.
