We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Partner Success Director to join our Partnership GTM team, focused on managing and driving success within our Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships. This role will be responsible for building strategic relationships, recruiting and onboarding GSIs, enabling them to deliver value through our solutions, and driving joint business planning to achieve revenue and growth targets. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating large, complex organizations, aligning partnership goals with company objectives, and ensuring partner activation and sustained success.

At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Responsibilities
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new GSI partners aligned with our go-to-market strategy, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Enablement & Activation: Design and deliver tailored enablement programs to educate and empower partners on our platform, including training, certification, and ongoing support to drive adoption.
- Joint Business Planning: Collaborate with GSI partners to develop and execute joint business plans, including clear objectives, sales strategies, and performance metrics to drive mutual success.
- Revenue Growth: Align with sales teams to identify Partner source, co-selling opportunities, influence large enterprise deals, and expand partner-driven revenue pipelines.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for GSI partners, building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and measure partner performance using KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes and achieve targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure partner needs are met and initiatives are executed effectively.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and GSI-specific dynamics to proactively drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 10 years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, with a focus on managing GSI relationships.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through large, complex partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and CRM solutions, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and partner management tools.
- Ability to travel up to 30% to engage with GSI partners as needed.
