We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join Gong’s Operating team leading operations for our partnerships organization. This role is a great fit for a passionate individual who has experience in B2B SaaS operations, consulting, sales, account management, customer success, value engineering and technology consulting.
The Partner Operations Manager will own end-to-end partner operations while developing and executing strategies to accelerate partner growth. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to build and optimize our partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement the overall partner strategy, including growth targets, partner selection criteria, and engagement models
- Develop annual and quarterly objectives for the partner organization, aligned with company revenue goals
- Create and maintain partner performance metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive growth
- Identify new partnership opportunities and market segments for expansion
- Build and optimize operational processes for partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management
- Oversee partner program operations including partner tiers, benefits, and requirements
- Manage partner-related systems and tools to ensure efficient tracking and reporting
- Create scalable processes to support partner success and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex partner issues and strategic decisions
- Build strong relationships with key partners and internal stakeholders
- 7 years of experience in partner operations, channel management, or similar roles
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs in high-growth technology companies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Excellence in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Experience with partner management platforms (e.g., PartnerStack, Impartner)
- Background in SaaS or enterprise software
- Track record of managing partner revenue growth of $50M
