Salary: Starting salary based on previous work experience in relevant fields
Future salary based on performance and responsibilities
Work Location: In Person - Algona, WA 98001
Key responsibilities:
Support the station manager in:
- Supervision of all staff working at the Seattle branch
- Quality Assurance of sales and rental vehicles
- Managing the lobby counter and customer flow
- Familiarizing customers with the product (including rental and ‘for sale’ vehicles)
- Ensuring GoNorth policies are understood by staff, guests, and service providers
- Interfacing with customers and coordinating with vendors, and staff at other GoNorth branches directly and through various media to ensure active communication and excellent customer service is provided and vendor
- relationships are maintained
- Liaising with the service department and housekeeping staff, prioritizing tasks based on company needs
- Data entries and reviews along with maintaining accurate physical files
- Timely ordering of supplies through proper channels and maintaining required stock levels
- Annual station inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Driver’s License (clean driving record)
- Ability to pass ongoing random drug testing
- Understanding of software and database applications, as well as basic understanding of hardware
- Attention to detail
Beneficial additional knowledge and skills:
- Foreign Languages (ideally German)
- Knowledge of RVs, SUVs, and trucks; Knowledge of Fleet maintenance, management, and/or logistics

- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop and understanding of advanced accounting principles
