Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and participate in custodial maintenance operations.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, moping, and dusting.
- Operate heavy industrial equipment, such as buffers and vacuum cleaners.
- Inspect buildings and grounds for vandalism and report any incidents.
- Assist with special events and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience as a custodian.
- Skills: Ability to lift 45 pounds and stand for long periods.
