Responsibilities
- Drive a school bus safely and efficiently to ensure the well-being of students on board.
- Maintain order among students during transportation, promoting a safe and respectful environment.
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and other staff members.
Requirements
- A valid Class B California operator's license issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
- A school bus driver's certificate issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
- A valid medical certificate.
- A Standard Red Cross First Aid Certificate.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of formal or informal education sufficient to assure English language proficiency.
