Responsibilities
As a Sales Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients find the right insurance coverage to meet their needs. You will play an integral role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering them a variety of insurance products, and working toward achieving sales goals. Whether you're experienced in the insurance industry or new to sales, we provide the tools and support you need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect New Clients: Actively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Consult Clients: Meet with clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend suitable policies (auto, home, life, health, etc.).
- Provide Quotes and Information: Present insurance options, explain coverage, terms, and premiums, and assist clients in choosing the best policies for their needs.
- Close Sales: Guide clients through the process of completing applications, ensuring smooth transitions from initial consultation to policy purchase.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Regularly check in with existing clients, assist with policy renewals, and offer additional products to meet their evolving needs.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and annual sales quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of insurance products, market trends, and industry regulations to offer the best advice to clients.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Licensing: Must obtain and maintain an active state insurance license (we will assist in the licensing process if needed).
