We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Manage inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge and customer service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager on store operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial principles
- Proficiency in inventory control and merchandising techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
