What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Gonzalez Group?
3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am (1 Week Training on Day Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Reroll machines ensuring smooth operation and preventing jams
- Starts machine & guides liner through rollers to make sure evenness of liner removal of wrinkles.
- Operate machine to clean, smooth, repair, and reroll fabric liners for rubberized fabric
- Examines liner for adhering rubber particles torn areas.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Important things to note:
- If someone has long hair, they HAVE to have it tied up past shoulder length when on the manufacturing floor.
- NO Jewelry is allowed – no rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, etc.
- Steel toe boots or shoes are required.
- Safety glasses are required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday through Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
