What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Driver position at Gonzalez Tile?
We are looking for someone who has experience driving box trucks and trailers. Responsibilities of this job include delivering customer orders and store-to-store transfers in a safe and efficient manner. Deliveries can be either a few pallets of tile, cement or other construction material. They can also be granite slabs that would require hauling a trailer. Pallets are unloaded at residential or commercial locations with a pallet jack on a platform attached to the rear end of the truck. Candidates must be safe and responsible drivers, with a good driving record and a valid Texas driver's license. This job will be mostly local deliveries, but will also include deliveries to places outside of the Rio Grande Valley such as Corpus Christi and Houston.
