Seasoned CNC lathe programmer who knows MasterCam, Gibbs Cam or one of the many Cad / Cam software , and be intimate with G code and M codes for various lathes and Fanuc , plus 10 yrs of CNC Lathe setup (hands-on) experience. He must know tooling & inserts, and have experience machining various metals : stainless steel carbon steel, aluminum, brass, , drilling, boring (.0005' tolerance bores), tapping and thread milling of Unified, tapered pipe and straight pipe 10 years exp. programming and setting up CNC machines using Mastercam and / or other systems. Should also be proficient with CAD systems.
