logical designs, and system design standards. Daily tasks will include : -Conduct analysis on requirements to produce system testing documentation.-Perform technical activities related to writing test plans, test scripts and use cases that will exercise WCF and WPF components.-Assist in the use of semi-automated testing tools to ensure the logic supporting the development efforts meet specified performance outcomes / metrics.-Support / participate in product test activities.-Supporting the application through testing and implementation.-Facilitate the knowledge transfer between the Technical IT staff and the Program staff responsible for testing, training, and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field.
- 2 years of experience with testing on a case management system preferably on a human services platform.
- 7 years of experience developing and maintaining user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams.
- 7 years of experience in coordinating written and verbal communication between technical staff and management via written status reports and recurring status meetings.
- 7 years of experience in developing technical and functional testing documentation including but not limited to test plans test cases and traceability matrices.
- 7 years of experience writing and optimizing complex Oracle SQL queries using tools such as SQL Developer, TOAD, or similar database management tools.
- 2 years of experience in executing and maintaining automation scripts as part of software testing processes.
- 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and / or test case management.
