L.J Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as an Environmental Project Manager I / II.
- Environmental planning under federal and local laws, rules, and regulations (i.e., environmental reviews under federal National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) and City Environmental Quality Review Act (CEQRA); Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental permitting and other related work
- Environmental compliance under federal and local (NYS & NYC) laws, rules and regulations related to the following : soil & water sampling, remediation, stormwater management, hazardous and regulated waste management, noise and vibration mitigation, air quality, spills, mold, and other related environmental issues
