L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Quality Engineer.
- Work as the point of contact for quality related aspects.
- Manage submittals as necessary.
- Conduct walkthroughs and identify quality issues.
- Identify NCRs - know the contract and identify deviations from the contract.
- Review and conclude all NCRs including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action, and implementation of corrective and preventive action.
- Conduct audits of the contractor.
- Conduct audits of Project Management Team (PMT) roles and responsibilities.
- Review all field inspection reports from the PMT and the Contractor.
- Review all material inspection reports to confirm conformance to contract.
- Provide training in Quality to all incoming staff.
- Review special inspection reports and track all issues through to closure.
- Manage and track all as-built and record drawings.
- Participate in FATs and site tests for all equipment.
