Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Irrigation Division Manager to oversee and manage the irrigation operations within our organization. This individual will be responsible for leading and directing the day-to-day activities of the irrigation division, ensuring efficient project execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in irrigation design, installation, and maintenance services for commercial, residential and HOA properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of irrigation systems, project management, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving operational excellence. This person will be working in the field initially.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of irrigation technicians, designers, and field staff.

Qualifications:
- Education:

- 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role in the irrigation or landscape industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale irrigation projects.
