Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Foreman to oversee and manage landscaping projects from start to finish. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for leading a team of landscapers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of landscaping techniques, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Plan and execute landscaping projects according to design plans and specifications.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to ensure efficient project completion.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of landscaping crew members.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
