- Utilize tools such as Google and YouTube to diagnose problems
- Support senior technicians in tasks related to email and workspace productivity tools
- Learn and apply knowledge of computer and information technology systems
Experience:
- Basic understanding of computers and good customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud systems, workspace productivity tools, and cybersecurity is a must
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
