Coffee Machine Repair Technician - Good As Gold Coffee

Good As Gold Coffee is a family-owned and operated coffee service and roaster for over fifty years in downtown Worcester. We are seeking a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, calibration, and cleaning of coffee makers both in-house and on-site at customer locations.
• Assist with troubleshooting utilizing basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Assist route drivers with deliveries of coffee and supplies to customers, using Good As Gold provided vehicles (Mini-Vans or Small Econoline Vans).
• Contribute to other operational tasks as needed to ensure seamless customer service and smooth operations.

Skills and Abilities:

• Aptitude for basic plumbing, electrical, and small appliance repair (experience with coffee machines is a plus, but not required).
• Comfortable working with commercial coffee equipment.
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to stand for most of the workday.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Can-do attitude, reliable, and a willingness to take on varied tasks as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Pay:

Competitive wages based upon skill level and ability to contribute and advance in the company.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
