Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Sort and stack clean dishes in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and countertops.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service times.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support bussing duties by helping clear tables and transporting used dishes to the dishwashing area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
