Job Description:

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for creating a welcoming and helpful presence when working within Good Carbon Co. properties. Excellent communication, and attention to detail skills are required to excel in this role. This role reports to the maintenance manager, this manager is responsible for scheduling work with tenants and pairing the work with the correct resource. The maintenance manager will help to optimize work to be completed for the week based on priorities that align with all of the other business units. This position requires an individual who is able to clean the following areas to Good Carbon Co’s standard: common areas, units, exteriors, etc . Being on time is a must for this role due to the importance of scheduling and timing for other activities within the business unit.

List of Responsibilities:

• Conduct work based on a weekly maintenance schedule.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Being presentable and courteous when working in the homes of residents.
• Strong focus on cleanliness of common areas, exteriors, in units.
• Ability to keep properties appearance up to a high standard.
• Provide feedback that helps the business to establish better processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work off of a weekly schedule and complete work on time.
• Drivers license required.
