The Multi-Site Property Manager will lead on-site teams, manage budgets, and foster strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Operations & Site Management
- Oversee daily operations across multiple properties, ensuring they meet company standards and resident expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect property conditions, maintenance needs, and overall compliance.
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices across all sites.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital improvements.
