This role will be responsible for managing interactions on our social media platforms, sourcing trending content, and supporting our influencer marketing organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media management, excellent communication skills, and an eye for detail.Job Responsibilities : Community Engagement : Reply to product questions, complaints, and direct messages (DMs) on organic and paid social media platforms, including YouTube, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Content Monitoring : Record and document all tagged content from social media platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. Content Sourcing : Identify and catalog untagged, featured content related to our brand on social platforms to monitor trends and opportunities. Influencer Support : Assist in influencer seeding, and organizing of contacts, etc. Cataloging & Organization : Support the cataloging of internal inbound influencer needs, and maintain an organized record of all influencer and merchandise-related activities. Organization : Assist marketing manager in organizing social reporting decks, edited content, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. Product & Service Documentation : Help explain and maintain the organization of the product catalog, ensuring all materials are up to date and easily accessible.
