- Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or can substitute experience for degree.
• Two to four years of experience working as an AGM or GM in a dispensary.
• Ability to pass a background check and receive a facility agent card from the state.
• Sound knowledge of cannabis strains and their medicinal benefits.
