Are you a people person who also loves pups? Good Dog Enrichment and Training is looking for a Client Services Specialist to be the friendly face (and voice!) of our company, helping clients and their furry companions feel right at home!
As our Client Services Superstar, you'll be the go-to for all things client-related—from answering questions to scheduling training sessions, all while spreading pawsitivity and keeping things running smoothly. If you're a customer service pro who’s as passionate about dogs as you are about helping people, we want YOU!
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients—both human and canine!
- Assist with scheduling consultations, classes, and private lessons
- Answer calls, emails, and messages with a smile (even if they can’t see it!)
- Help clients choose the right training packages for their pup's needs
- Learn about dog training and behavior to better support our team and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer service expert who loves working with people and dogs
- Strong communication skills and experience in scheduling or admin work
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- An interest in learning more about dog training (because who wouldn’t want to?)
