How You’ll Thrive:
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent customer service skills, management experience, relevant team training abilities, communication skills, excellent attention to detail, knowledge of computerized registers, and cash handling experience. The ideal candidate will have innate self-confidence that allows for the success of others, as well as excellent time management and personnel management skills.
A Day in the Life:
- Oversee all store functions, alongside the Store Manager.
- Ensure excellent customer service by cultivating genuine compassion and a desire to help people.
- Work with the Store Manager to hire, train, conduct employee reviews, and lead the team in understanding and living the company mission.
- Create a positive work environment team members can grow and develop their skills in.
- Maintain product availability, freshness, and store cleanliness.
- Assist the Store Manager in maintaining awareness of scheduling needs, theft prevention, fraud and shrink.
- Complete daily tasks that include standing for long periods of time, as well as repetitive lifting and bending, and light janitorial duties.
Availability and Compensation:
- Full-time, 50 hours per week, Monday - Saturday availability
- Salary, DOE
