Our team of Technicians are responsible for performing services for our clients, protecting them from ants, spiders, wasps, and other pests found in Oregon.
- A Good Earth Pest Technician must be a good team member. They mostly work independently but needs to keep a team-oriented mindset at all times.
- Protect our communities by providing the best pest control for our clients on daily service routes.
- Conduct inspections to determine pest activity and provide explanations and solutions.
- Grow with Good Earth by creating new relationships through bids for potential clients.
- Follow a schedule and assure prompt arrivals at timed stops.
- Keep appropriate records for applications made.
- Stay current on the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the pest control industry.
- Operate and maintain service equipment and vehicle.
- Obtain an Applicators License and maintain it through provided ongoing education.
Our Technicians enjoy the use of a dedicated company vehicle and other benefits including:
- Strong compensation – Starting at $18 per hour, commission phases in once trained and licensed.
- Our experienced Pest Technicians typically earn $50k or more annually. (Experienced meaning fully licensed and independent for at least a year, estimated earning includes both regular and overtime hours)
