Job Title: Cleaning Specialist (Full-time, Part-time, Contract)
Location: Spring, Texas
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Tips: 100% of tips go to the cleaner

Responsibilities:
- Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleaning tasks according to company SOPs.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and respect for clients and their property.
- Work efficiently to meet assigned schedules and expectations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ensure all tasks are completed to the best of your ability.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have your own cleaning equipment (mop, vacuum, broom, duster, towels/rags, and cleaning solutions for various surfaces such as hardwood, tile, etc.).
- Reliable transportation is a MUST.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.
- Punctuality and reliability are critical.
- A clean criminal record is preferred; applicants with a criminal history may not be considered.
