Essential Functions
- Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience and create a friendly and inviting customer-first environment
- Monitor personal metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and exceed assigned sales and productivity goals
- Commitment to company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Wear our products and become a raving fan of the brand and the company mission and vision
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) required
- At least one year of retail experience strongly preferred
- At least one year of commission-based sales experience (and/or working with metrics/quotas/KPIs) required
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills (positive, approachable, and empathetic)
- Competitive and self-motivated
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills

Compensation:
$20.00 Hourly Uncapped Commissions Benefits
(Combined salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually)
