Job Summary : The Logistics Coordinator will be involved in monitoring inventory, transportation, and warehousing activities to maintain and expedite the supply chain. This position will assist in the flow and processes from the point of origin to the consumption, while providing clerical support for logistical operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create freight shipment tenders to prepare for carrier submission
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for GFG logistics, including track & trace activities
- Audit freight invoices to ensure billing accuracy meets requirements and pricing agreements
- Assist with gathering and cleansing data for various logistics metrics, scorecards, and reports
- Perform other duties in Supply Chain, including, but not limited to, Procurement & Warehousing support
- Follow SOP and work instructions, update as needed to ensure operational best practices are in line with customer requirements
- Prepare export shipments and distribute export documents
- Manage and keep shipping schedule up to date for warehouse team
- Comply with all Company rules, regulations, and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
