What You’ll Be Doing :
- Drive revenue by identifying customer needs and recommending additional services
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as web-based leads
- Become the go-to expert, navigating systems with ease and responding to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments for field sales reps, guiding clients through each step
- Master Florida geography, knowing the ins and outs of cities and counties
- Confidently handle objections and showcase the value of our services
- Work independently while collaborating with the team to achieve goals
- Stay organized, stay positive, and ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Build long-lasting client relationships that keep them coming back for more!
