- Safeguard company property and personnel by ensuring a safe and protected environment.
- Monitor for any signs of criminal activity or disturbances and promptly investigate any issues.
- Act in accordance with the law to protect life and property on the premises.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and adhere to a strict dress code when interacting with visitors.
- Thoroughly report any suspicious incidents or activities that may compromise security.
- Conduct regular patrols both indoors and outdoors around the building and its perimeter.
- Manage access control at building entrances and gates to regulate entry effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly manner to all individuals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a security guard or in a related role.
- Possession of CPR certification is preferred.
- Background in law enforcement, surveillance, or militarized services is advantageous.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and CCTV monitoring systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in conflict management and first aid procedures is highly desirable.
