ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety and Compliance: Embrace the TEAM culture. Wear all required protective equipment per safety policies and OSHA standards. Maintain a safe and healthful work environment by practicing safe work habits and good housekeeping.
- Work Order Compliance: Ensure compliance with work orders, work instructions, and customer specifications while adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Material Condition Check: Perform final checks for material condition and take appropriate handling steps.
- System Updates: Update ERP system with production quantities and identities, print tags, and apply them to products.
- Inventory Coordination: Coordinate the movement of finished goods by material handlers to designated inventory locations.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Certifications: Forklift/crane certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use, reading tape measures, micrometers, and calipers.
- Dependability: Reliable attendance, timely work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Mathematical Ability: Able to perform basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Communication: Able to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Proficient in reading and writing simple correspondence in English.
- Availability: Willing to work outside normal business hours as needed.
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Industry knowledge and experience.
