Construction Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and residential landscape projects. You will be responsible for managing budgets, scheduling, and client communications to ensure successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, project budgeting, team leadership, and client coordination .

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee multiple landscape construction projects from planning to completion.
• Create and maintain budgets, schedules, and work plans .
• Order and track materials, labor, and subcontractor work.
• Manage contract negotiations, change orders, and permits .
• Read and interpret project contracts, blueprints, and specifications .
• Supervise the installation of hardscapes, irrigation systems, landscape lighting, and plantings .
• Analyze job costs versus budgets and collaborate with finance teams.
• Utilize Aspire or similar project management software for tracking workflow, payroll, and cost control.
• Maintain strong client and vendor relationships , ensuring clear communication and project updates.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience in landscape construction project management .
• Proven expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination .
• Strong knowledge of irrigation, hardscape, and landscape installation .
• Experience with project management software (Aspire, Procore, or similar) .
• Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with field crews and leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
