Pay Rate : $19.00 - $23.75 per hour

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work in a three-person crew, following established safety practices and proven systems to complete high-quality landscaping projects. Responsibilities :
- Assist in landscape installations, maintenance, and seasonal projects.
- Follow instructions and training from the Landscape Foreman.
- Maintain attention to detail and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment, including tractors, sod cutters, rototillers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers.
- Work as part of a team to complete landscape projects efficiently within set timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with staff and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
