The SEM will focus on enhancing the sales process and creating seamless connections between business development and marketing to deliver measurable results.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in CRM management (with a strong emphasis on Salesforce), outstanding communication skills, and the ability to design and implement processes that bridge the gap between sales and marketing.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Increased Revenue Opportunities: With a holistic view of the client journey, identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities more effectively. Drive revenue growth through improved marketing, customer insights, and tailored services.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic vision and execution of the unified CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Distill requirements across internal sales and service business stakeholders.
- Public Relations Leadership: Develop and execute communication strategies that enhance the company?s reputation and fosters strong relationships with target audiences.
- Enhanced Productivity: Streamline workflows and reduce the time spent on administrative tasks by implementing a unified CRM system. Ensure teams can quickly access the information they need without switching between different systems and formatting data.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the CRM platform, identifying and addressing any issues or areas for improvement. Ensure the platform meets business objectives and delivers value.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimize customer journeys in Marketing Cloud to improve engagement and conversion rates, defining and tracking metrics such as open rates, clicks, time spent on pages, and other key performance indicators while establishing clear criteria to qualify leads and opportunities.
- Manage data from both sales and service interactions to gain deeper insights into advisor behavior and preferences to create an action plan of an elevated communication to end-user.
- Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs.
- Drive decision-making for business and demonstrate persistence in raising issues to the proper levels for attention and driving transparency at all levels surrounding program execution.
- Oversee the consolidation and management of data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trustworthiness. Eliminate data duplication and confusion by creating a single source of truth.
- Create best-in-class reports and prepare presentations related to Good Life?s strategic plays, potential conversion transactions, and growth initiatives that are ELT ready.
- Develop roadmaps, plans, and metrics that communicate progress, risks, issues, and approach to execution that support continuous learning and improve outcomes. Sets a high bar for results through repeatable, scalable processes.
- Enhance the user experience by streamlining workflows, reducing administrative tasks, and ensuring the platform is user-friendly and accessible.
- Foster effective collaboration between sales and service teams by implementing a shared platform.
- Lead the delivery of the weekly and monthly communications to employees and financial advisors.
- Shadow and support the CEO at events or during his weekly project work to capture his insights and perspectives on current industry trends. Deliver public relation communications based on this engagement.
- Actively participate in weekly meetings with Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members to identify and discuss newsworthy events for subsequent publication.
- Dedicate weekly time to core corporate communication and PR tasks.
- Travel, as needed for business-purposes.
