You will service properties in San Diego County. After completing training, about 70% of your time will be spent on the road in the San Diego Area, you will be provided with a company vehicle.
The Property Management Field Specialistwill assist the Property Managers in managing daily operations such as conducting annual preventative maintenance walkthroughs of occupied properties, serving all types of notices to pay and perform, and ask other field visits as assigned.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting annual preventative maintenance walkthroughs of occupied properties
- Optimizing routing and scheduling of field visits
- Posting and mailing notices of all types
- Property and field visits as assigned – meeting insurance adjusters, vendors, pickup keys, set up lockboxes, etc
- Runner and coordinating support of Property Management Department
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, property management, business administration or a related field preferred
- Basic Knowledge in G-Suite (Gmail, Word, Excel & Drive)
- AppFolio experience preferred
- Coordinating experience
Pay: $25 / hour

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Property management: 1 year or in a related field (Preferred)
- Open to other qualifications
- Driver's License (Required)
- Clean Driving Record (Required)
