The Leasing Manager is responsible for the client experience, marketing the properties, and handling work orders/escalations. We are looking for a Leasing Manager to service properties in San Diego County.
Your initial training will be a mix of on-site and virtual and on-site at our Clairemont office.

Responsibilities:
  • Owner/client experience
  • Property Marketing/Comps
  • Work Order Management
  • High level communication
  • Collaborating with the Turnover Manager and Assistant Leasing Managers
  • Counter signing leases
  • Deposit allocations/payables
  • Professionalism/Composure under pressure
  • Multitasking priorities
  • Smart Time Management and supporting with strategy
  • Instinctive foresight – naturally sense and anticipate issues before issues occur
  • Continued relationship building with client, vendors, and other team members
  • LMA (Leading, Managing, Accountability) – will oversee a small team of within your responsible squad
Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Property Management/Real Estate experience (required) 
  • California Real Estate License (required)
Needed Skills: 
  • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Word, Sheets)
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent verbal & written communicator (most communication is done via email/phone) 
  • Able to work remotely, on-site, and independently 
  • Disciplined and self-motivator
  • Strong customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Marketing knowledge
  • Financial Acumen
  • Legal and Compliance Knowledge
Job Type: Full-time 

Pay: $75 - $95k per year

Education: 
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Property management: 2 years (Preferred) 
  • Supervisor or some leadership experience
License/Certification: 
  • Driver's License (Required) 
  • Real Estate License (Required)
