The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for LMA (Leading, Managing, and Accountability), client experience, owner onboarding, property preparation, marketing, and owner communication. We are looking for a Senior Leasing Manager that has significant industry experience and a proven track record in high value leases, negotiations and team leadership. This is dynamic and may evolve over time to align with business needs and opportunities for growth.
Your initial training will be a mix of on-site and virtual and on-site at our Clairemont office.

The Senior Leasing Manager is responsible for LMA (Leading, Managing, and Accountability), client experience, owner onboarding, property preparation, marketing, and owner communication. Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and easy client experience by serving as the primary point of contact for property owners.
- Provide updates on property status, including repairs, pricing, approvals, and overall readiness for leasing.
- Offer guidance on property improvements and necessary repairs, including general cost and timeline expectations.
- Maintain open and proactive communication with homeowners regarding leasing progress and market activity.
- Prepare, post and manage the property marketing listing.
- Oversee key aspects of property turnover, ensuring homes are prepared efficiently and meet company standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing work to ensure timely and quality work.
- Review and approve invoices related to property preparation and turnover.
- Support the leasing process by coordinating with internal teams on application status and leasing timelines.
- Lead, manage and hold accountable a small team within the assigned territory (LMA)
- Handle escalated leasing matters, owner concerns, and complex situations with professionalism and problem-solving.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions before they arise.
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Process security deposit deductions in compliance with required timelines and policies.
- Train and support new team members as needed.
- Drives long term strategies that bring value.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of Property Management/relevant experience
- California Real Estate License (required)
Needed Skills:
- Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Word, Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal & written communicator (most communication is done via email/phone)
- Able to work remotely, on-site, and independently
- Disciplined and self-motivator
- Strong customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Marketing knowledge
- Financial Acumen
- Legal and Compliance Knowledge
- Ability to lift 25 1lbs
- Ability to climb ladders up to 3 feet
- Able to stand walk for 4-6 hours
Pay: $75 - $95k per year (salaried)
